Refund policy

We want you to love the pieces that you’ve purchased. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund. Please see our return & exchange policy below: 

Return Policy

All purchases of regular priced merchandise are qualified for a full refund within 14 days of the day of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final. 

All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and original tags still attached. 

Promotional or discounted merchandise are final sale. 

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. If your original order included shipping - it is non-refundable. Returns received outside of the 14 day window will be shipped back at the customers expense. 

  1. To start a return, please send us an email to hello@greenandflora.com. Please include the following information in the email:
    1. Customer name
    2. Order number
    3. Items to be returned
    4. Reason for return
    5. A photo of the item(s)
  2. Pack your item(s) in their original condition.
  3. Mail your package to: Green & Flora, 1446 Allangrove Drive, Burlington, Ontario, Canada L7M 1J6

**We require you to ship your package with a secure method that has a tracking number so you can track your package. We are not responsible for any lost packages. 

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the items. If the items meet our requirements (unwashed, unworn, with original tags still attached), we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost through your original payment processor. You will receive an email if your return is approved. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund. It may take an additional 7 days for the credit to appear in your bank account. 

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for a different size or color, you will have to return the item(s) that you purchased and place a new order.
